Returns Policy
At Sofa On Your Choice, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Most new, unused, and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If your return is due to our mistake (such as receiving the wrong product or a defective item), we’ll also cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are usually processed sooner, but please allow up to four weeks after handing your package to the courier. This time includes:
- 5–10 business days for the return shipment to reach us,
- 3–5 business days for inspection and processing, and
- 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund transfer.
To request a return, simply log in to your account, go to your order history under “Complete Orders” in the My Account menu, and select Return Item(s). Once we receive and process your return, you’ll be notified by email and your refund will be issued promptly.
Shipping Policy
We offer shipping to most locations worldwide. Please note that some items may have restrictions and may not be available for international delivery.
When placing your order, you will be provided with an estimated delivery time. This is based on:
- The availability of your chosen sofa or accessory,
- The shipping method you select, and
- The timelines provided by our courier partners.
